We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so all sales are final unless a right applies under your local consumer-protection law. EU and UK customers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase — to use it, email us within 14 days of receiving your order (return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty). We'll refund or replace it. You must contact us within 72 hours of collecting or receiving your order, with clear photos of the damaged or missing items, the shipping label and original packaging, plus your order number and the email you ordered with. Email glowzonesupport@gmail.com with the subject "Damaged/Missing Order – [your order number]". Approved claims are refunded or replaced within 8–12 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you tracking so you can follow it every step of the way. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
