These Terms govern your use of theglow.zone and any purchase from Glow Zone ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this site and place an order.

Advertising media acknowledgment. All images, photographs, videos, animations, and other media showing our products - on this website, in our advertising, and on our social media - are provided for advertising and promotional purposes only. They are illustrative and are intentionally stylized, enhanced, and exaggerated to showcase the product and convey its intended experience. They are not a literal or exact representation of the product, and actual items may differ in color, size, shape, finish, packaging, performance, and overall appearance. Written product descriptions take precedence over any promotional media. By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge, confirm, and agree that you understand all product images and videos are advertising material and are exaggerated, and that your purchase is not based on any expectation of an exact match to that media.

Pricing & payment. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be charged in USD, EUR, GBP, NIS or CHF depending on your selection or location. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the item.

Shipping, returns & refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, resell products fraudulently, or use our content without permission.

Intellectual property. All site content - including logos, text, images, and media - is owned by or licensed to Glow Zone and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Zone and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss beyond the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Zone from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
