Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 7-20 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Incorrect address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, missing, or damaged shipments. If your order arrives broken or with items missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged or missing items, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Tracking information marked "delivered" is treated as proof of delivery unless proven otherwise.
