Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is listed on each product page. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, then shipped with tracking.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email us and we'll send it again.

Orders & payment

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and all payments are encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Returns & issues

My order arrived damaged or didn't arrive. What now?
Email us with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged) and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
